She has worked as a teacher and education consultant internationally in primary and secondary schools for over 20 years and published curriculum material for schools in the UK and abroad. She is also a qualified nutritional consultant. Through her work in Schools, The Food Teacher Clinic, Community and Media Katharine delivers education and nutrition with a unique and engaging approach. Katharine also launched the Young Chef of the Year Award for schools in 2017, which has been hugely successful to date.
